Convection Steam+
Cooking
If you do not set a temperature your oven
will automatically select 180°C, the
cooking temperature can be changed by
turning Control dial.
This feature allows you to cook food with
convection and steam at the same time.
Use this feature to cook food that need to
retain moisture and have a crisp brown
exterior. This feature is suitable for baking
cake/bread and roasting meat/poultry.
Before cooking, fill the water vessel with
purified water up to Max.
The Metal tray must be used during

Convection Steam+ cooking.

In the following example I will show you how to use the Convection Steam+ Cooking mode to
cook some foods for 50 minutes at 230°C temperature.
Press Stop/Clear.
Turn Function selection dial to select Conv.
The following indication is displayed: "
Press Steam+/Clock.
The following indication is displayed: "
Turn Control dial until display shows "230°C".
Press Enter/Start/Quick Start for temperature confirmation.
Turn Control dial until display shows "50:00".
Press Enter/Start/Quick Start.
When cooking you can increase or decrease cooking time by turning
Control dial.
