Instructions
Trim. Add 2 tsp water and 2 tsp juice. Cover.
Stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup water. Cover. Stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water in 1.5 litre casserole dish. Stir halfway
through cooking. Stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water in 1.5 litre casserole dish. Rearrange
halfway through cooking. Stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Place broccoli in baking dish. Add 1/4 cup water. Stand for
2 ~ 3 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water in 1.5 litre casserole dish. Stir halfway
through cooking. Stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup water in 1.5 litre casserole dish. Stir halfway
through cooking. Stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Trim. Add 1/4 cup water in 1.5 litre casserole dish. Stir
halfway through cooking. Stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Husk. Add 2 tbsp water in 1.5 litre baking dish. Cover.
Stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Place mushrooms in 1.5 litre covered casserole dish. Stir
halfway through cooking. Stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water in 1.5 litre casserole dish. Stir halfway
through cooking. Stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water in 1.5 litre casserole dish. Stir halfway
through cooking. Stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
Pierce potatoes several times with a fork. Place on 2
paper towels. Turn over halfway through cooking. Stand
for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
