Installation and regulation of power tool

Before carrying out any works on the power tool
remove the battery 10.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Storage of accessories (see fig. 1)
• Remove container 22 from compartment 17 (see
fig. 1.1).
• Remove keys 20 and 21 from container 22 (see
fig. 1.2).
• After completing the adjustment work, it is recom-
mended to fold the keys 20 and 21 into the contain-
er 22, and insert it into the compartment 17�
Installation / dismantling of the side stop (see fig. 2)
• Assembly side stop 29 as it is shown in fig. 2.1.
• Install the side stop 29 using the wing screw 28 (see
fig. 2.2).
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence�
Setting of grooving width (see fig. 3)
• Loosen the winged nut 26 of the side stop 29, and
set the necessary width of grooving by moving the
thrust plate 27 (see fig. 3).
• Tighten the winged nut 26�
Installation / dismantling of the vertical stop (see
fig. 4.1)
• Install the vertical stop 23 using the wing screw 28
(see fig. 4.1).
• When dismantling the vertical stop 23 unscrew the
wing screw 28�
Setting of grooving depth (see fig. 4.2)
• Loosen the wing screw 28 of the vertical stop 23 and
set the desired depth of grooving (see fig. 4.2).
• Tighten the wing screw 28�
Changing the direction of chips ejection (see fig. 5)
To change the direction of chips ejection move switch 2
as shown in figures 5.1 or 5.2.
Dust bag (see fig. 6)
Install the dust bag 19 on the junction pipe 1 (see
fig. 6). Attention: when installing the dust bag 19,
the direction of the chips ejection must be taken
into account.
Charging procedure of the power tool
battery
Initial operating of the power tool
The power tool is supplied with a partially charged
battery 10. Before the first use, the battery 10 must
be fully charged.
