Installation
Use the following procedure to install a Pro-Stock TEY circuit
breaker kit into a ReliaGear lighting panelboard. Call-out numbers
in the illustrations and numbers in brackets in the text refer to
the Item Numbers in Tables 1 and 2. Installation of a three-pole kit
is illustrated in Figure 3 for 125 A and 225 A panels and in Figure 4
for 400 A and 600 A panels. Installation of a six-pole kit is
illustrated in Figure 5 for 400 A and 600 A panels.
WARNING: Before attempting to install this kit, remove
all power from the panelboard.
1. Remove the interior assembly from its packaging and verify
that all parts are present, as given in the packing list.
2. Remove the four screws (125 A and 225 A panels) or eight
screws (400 A and 600 A panels) securing the shield to the
panelboard interior. Lift off the shield and place it and the
screws aside.
3. Remove the circuit breaker kit from its packaging and verify
that all parts are present, as given in the packing list.
4. Align the holes in the bus bars (two for single-phase, three for
three-phase) protruding from the circuit breaker base [4] over
the studs in the bus bars of the interior assembly. Secure with
the two or three 5/16-18 nuts [2] supplied, which should be
finger tightened only.
5. The bus bar support of the circuit breaker base assembly [4]
should be lying on the rails in the interior of the box. Position
the bus bar support so that the holes line up and fasten the
circuit breaker base assembly to the interior rail with two
#10-32 x 1-1/2 screws [7] tightened to 27–36 in-lb.
6. Tighten the 5/16-18 nuts installed in Step 4 to 100–120 in-lb,
respectively.
Installation
Utiliser la procédure suivante pour installer un kit de disjoncteur
TEY Pro-Stock dans un panneau d'éclairage ReliaGear. Les
numéros des illustrations et les numéros entre parenthèses
dans le texte réfèrent aux numéros d'items aux Tables 1 et 2.
L'installation d'un kit trois-pôles est illustrée à la Figure 3 pour
des panneaux de 125 A et 225 A et à la Figure 4 pour des panneaux
de 400 A et 600 A. L'installation d'un kit six-pôles est illustrée à la
Figure 5 pour des panneaux de 400 A et 600 A.
AVERTISSEMENT: Avant d'entreprendre l'installation
de l'un de ces kits, enlever tout courant électrique du
panneau.
1. Retirer l'assemblage de l'intérieur de son emballage et vérifier
que toutes les pièces y sont, telles que données sur la liste
d'emballage.
2. Retirer les quatre vis (panneaux 125 A et 225 A) ou huit vis
(panneaux 400 A et 600 A) reliant le garde à l'intérieur du
panneau. Soulever le garde et le mettre de côté avec les vis.
3. Retirer le kit du disjoncteur de son emballage et vérifier que
toutes les pièces y sont, telles que données sur la liste
d'emballage.
4. Aligner les ouvertures dans les barres omnibus (deux pour
phase simple, trois pour trois-phases) en saillie de la base
du disjoncteur [4] par dessus les goujons dans les barres
omnibus de l'assemblage de l'intérieur. Les fixer avec les deux
ou trois 5/16-18 écrous [2] fournis, lesquels devraient être
resserrés uniquement au doigt.
5. L'appui de barre omnibus de la base de disjoncteur [4] devrait
se trouver sur les rails à l'intérieur de la boîte. Placez les barre
omnibus de sorte que les trous alignent et attachent la base
de disjoncteur au rail intérieur avec deux vis de #10-32 x 1-1/2
[7] serrées à 27–36 po-lb.
6. Serrez les 5/16-18 écrous installés dans l'étape 4 sur 100–120
po-lb, respectivement.
