Do not disassemble the machine to attempt maintenance or repairs.
• Is it plugged into a power socket? Is there a power outage?
• Is the home leakage switch or fuse cut off?
• Is the filter replacing indicator keep flashing?
• Is there any dust in the surface of the primary filter?
• Is there any obstacle blocking the air inlet/outlet?
• Is anything obstructing the fan in the air outlet?
• Is the machine tilted?
• Set a lower grade of fan speed if the noise is too loud.
• It is normal that the machine may emit the smell of plastic during
the first use.
• The machine will emit an unpleasant smell if the filter is dusty. In
this case, clean or replace the filter.
• If the burning smell emits from the machine, unplug the power
socket, and contact Kogan.com.
• Press and hold the Filter button for 7 seconds to reset the life
counter of the filter and the machine.
