Fitting auger bits
IMPORTANT:
making any adjustments. It is recommended that you remove the spark plug
cap to prevent accidentally starting the auger.
With the locking pin and split pin removed, place the hollow end of the auger bit onto the
drive shaft on the underside of the auger engine. Line the hole in the shaft of the auger bit
with the hole on the drive shaft of the auger engine, push the locking pin through the holes
and lock into position using the split pin provided.
