撥 線 桿 A 與車針之 間隙如 ( 圖 23 )。
當 針棒於下方 位置時，將撥線桿 A 固定螺 絲
B ( 圖 24 ) 放鬆調整至 ( 圖 2 3) 所示之尺寸，
並注意各桿 之平行 ，再鎖緊。
當 撥線桿 A 於左 始點 位置時， 撥線桿 A 右端
與 勾針右端二者之 間隙為 0 .5~1 m m。 ( 圖
24) 而 勾針 與撥線桿 A 之間隙為 0 ~0. 1m m。

調 整時：
1. 先放鬆再稍鎖緊 撥線桿 心軸固定螺絲 C 。

2 . 旋轉皮帶輪 使撥 線桿心軸連桿移到左 始點 。
3. 調整使符 合上 述條件，再鎖緊螺絲 C 。

threa d wip er A ( Fig .24) ,adjust the w iper
to the siz e show as (Fig.23).Be ca reful
of the parallel of e ach wiper,and then
re tig ht en t he sc rew B.

When t he thread wip er A is a t the left
dead point,the distance f rom the rig ht
side of the thread wiper A to t he rig ht
side of the loop er is 0.5~1mm(Fig.24).As
well as it is 0~0.1 mm from the looper to
t he threa d wipe r A(F ig .25).
When ad justing:
1 .Loosen the fixed screw C of the th read
2 .Turn t he belt wheel to move the thread
3 .Adjust t he devic e to match the
wiper main shaft,and then retighten it a
little.(Fig.24)
