File sharing by USB on Apple device
Apple devices require the program iTunes to be installed if the user is trying to access the
recorded files from a Windows 10 PC. Connect the device to the PC via the appropriate connector
and browse to the location as shown in the screenshot below.
The recorded file (.xls) can be saved on the PC by clicking on the file and then pressing the 'Save'
button. Browse to the location the file should be saved, click 'Select Folder' and the file will be
saved in this location.
Users with an Apple PC can use the feature 'Finder' which allows them to connect and retrieve
saved files from their apple smartphone similar to iTunes.
