AVVERTENZE PER L’UTILIZZO Il fabbricante e il distributore declinano ogni responsabilità per conseguenze derivanti da un uso improprio del prodotto. • Aiutare sempre il paziente con difficoltà di deambulazione a posizionarsi sul sedile. • Non usare con pazienti che superano il peso massimo riportato sull’etichetta prodotto posta sulla struttura dell’ausilio.

GARANTÍA Todos los productos Moretti tienen una garantía de 2 años desde la fecha de venta por defectos de fabricación o de material, sin perjuicio de eventuales exclusiones y de las limitaciones especificadas a continuación. La garantía no se aplica en caso de daños causados por uso inadecuado, abusos, alteraciones y en caso de que no se respecten las instrucciones de uso.

    16.3 Productos no defectuosos Tras la evaluación y la prueba de un producto devuelto, Moretti notificará al cliente en el caso de que el producto no resulte defectuoso. El producto será devuelto al cliente y estarán a su cargo los costes de devolución.
