ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR

Model# 4158-21 / 26
1. Screw pole (B) onto base (A) clockwise until tight.
2.. Screw poles (B),(C), (D) and curved pole (E) together.
3. Socket ring comes pre-assembled to the socket. Before placing the shade
onto the socket, please unscrew this socket ring.
4. Place shade (F) onto socket and tighten it with socket ring (G).
