Please extend connecting tube and drag the tubes gently and spread the connecting tubes one
section by one section slowly.
Please bend the tubes by the designed route; the bending radius is greater than100mm.
Please drop a few of the refrigerant oil onto the flared joint that connects tank and unit before
the fastening.
Loosen the screw of large valve and small valve with the hexagonal wrench to let the refrigerant
flows in the copper pipe to expel the extra airto down the temperature, then to tighten the screw
of the large valve.
Please adjust the large and small valves to the largest opening angle by the internal hexagonal
wrench.
Please check the leakage of the pipe connection with the soap bubble and wear the pipes with
thermal insulated cotton in case of any heat loss.
Electric wiring
Please connect the wires in accordance with the wiring diagram.
Power supply and the wiring requirements Put the temperature sensor into the water tank and
fixed well, the other side connect the tubes from the heat pump unit.
Please pay attention to the nominal voltage and frequency in the nameplate that should be in
accordance with the service voltage and frequency.
It must provide the customized switch and socket for the unit in case of the electric leakage
accident caused by the rain water. It should be grounding; the power plug must be in accor-
dance to L and N pole of the socket.

Water pipe connection
The construction ought to reach to the national standards and be under the guidance of the
project installation chart.
The user' water pressure should be less than 0.6MPa Please connect the relief valve (note
"→" point to the tank) with the cold water inlet (blue color) that water inlet valve should be
installed in the same time .The other end of the relief valve should be jointed with the cold water
tube. Make sure the drainage pipe which fixed on the pressure relief opening of the relief valve
is clean and straight.
The pressure relief valve outlet should be installed drainage pipes, drainage e should be smooth
and unbending.
Open inlet water valve and ensured there is no water leakage in the pipe and connect or before
the drainage, make sure the whole system is clean.
The tubes should be worn the insulated materials n case of the frost cracking in winter after the
strict leakage inspection.
4.4 Electrical schematic
*Dedicated power supply shall be used for water heater. The supply voltage shall comply with
the rated voltage required in the nameplate;
*The power supply circuit of the water heater must be reliably grounded;
*Wiring construction must be carried out by professional installation technical personnel
according to wiring diagram;
*Electric leakage protector shall be properly set according to the requirements of technical
standards of relevant electrical equipment of the state;
After all wiring tasks are completed and no mistake is found after careful inspection, the power
supply can be connected.
