Troubleshooting

Problem
The power does not
turn on even after the
POWER/MODE switch
is pressed.
The charging
indication/notification
lamp (red) does not
turn on or goes out.
The display window
(red) blinks twice per
second.
The charging
indication/notification
lamp (red) blinks
twice per second
while the appliance is
charging.
Possible cause
The appliance has not
been charged.
The AC adaptor is
connected.
This lamp turns off after
charging is complete.

The adaptor is not
inserted into the
household outlet correctly.
The appliance plug is not
firmly inserted into the
socket.
The protection function
has operated in the main
body, and the appliance
has stopped abnormally.
The appliance is being
charged in an ambient
temperature
approximately lower than
15 °C or higher than
35 °C.
Action
Charge the appliance.

Disconnect the AC
adaptor before use.
Correctly insert the
adaptor into the
household outlet.
Firmly insert the
appliance plug into
the socket.
Turn off the power
and turn it back on
again after some time
has passed.
If the symptom
occurs repeatedly,
contact an authorized
service center.
Charge the appliance
in an ambient
temperature range of
15 °C – 35 °C.
If the symptom
occurs repeatedly,
contact an authorized
service center.
