CHANGING THE ACTIVEPURE
WARNING:
Disconnect power at the breaker or fuse panel before servicing unit. Always follow OSHA lockout procedures to prevent
accidental exposure to electrical energy.
WARNING: UV Light in operation. Disconnect unit from power cord before servicing. Failure to follow warnings may result in severe
eye damage.
1. Disconnect (unplug) power cord from unit.
NOTE: Always follow OHSA electrical lockout safety requirements to prevent
accidental release of energy during service or maintenance activities.
2. Remove the 4 screws.
3. Remove the ActivePure® Cell and base plate from the unit.
4. Remove the two screws holding the ActivePure® Cell and
base plate.
5. Separate the used ActivePure® Cell from the base unit and dispose of
properly.
