PROBLEM: REMEDY
Insufficient hydraulic supply pressure: adjust relief valve for
2400-2500 psi.
Worn hydraulic pump: service or replace.
Insufficient volume to dock level circuit: adjust flow divider to
provide 2.5 to 3.1 GPM.
Too heavy a load: reduce load on cylinders.
Insufficient volume to dock level circuit: clean system and new
oil and filter.
Dirty oil in check valves: use same procedure as above.
