(Panel will illuminate.) Are the controls operating correctly? Has the unit been properly leveled - both side to side and front to back - with all 4 leveling feet securely making contact with the floor? If it is an OVERLAY unit - have the panels been securely attached and properly aligned? After installation, does the door open sufficiently to fully extend the shelves?
