Style

SD40 is also an Arranger and therefore features an entire section dedicated to automatic accompaniments called Styles.
Here will be treated menus and dedicated keys that affect both the Style that the Arranger Menu
Each Style has:
Two tracks for drums and percussions on Midi channels 9 and 10.
One Bass track on Midi channel 5l.
