Installation of Indoor, Outdoor Unit
Refrigerant piping
Perform the work according to the Service Manual or Installation Guide.
• Use two spanners when connecting the
refrigerant pipe to the unit.
• Make a bend with a radius as large as
possible.
• Perform air purge with R22 or vacuum drying.
• When piping work is finished, check all joints.
I Add refrigerant if piping over 7.5m as shown
below, non distributor type.
I Add refrigerant if piping over 5m (main pipe),
7.5m (branch pipe) as shown below, distributor
type.
