    INSTALLATION Connection AT TENTION It is forbidden by law to activate EPLUS speed unlocker in public places such as streets, squares and cycling paths. So it is only possible to activate EPLUS speed unlocker in private places such as circuits and private properties. The maker denies responsibility due to any damage to pedal assisted bicycles where Eplus is set up.
  • Page 4 Once the cover has been removed, locate the two connectors on the display (black 4-wire connector: yellow-green-black-red) and the speed sensor (gray 2-wire connec- tor: black-red). With a long pliers carefully remove the two plugs paying attention not to pinch them ruining plugs or wires.
  • Page 5 Slide the thermoshrinking sheath (enclosed) in the two disconnected wires, pushing it over the plug. Insert plugs (output cables from the chip) in their respective two sockets (cables disconnected from the engine) respecting the correct wire color: DISPLAY PLUG > YELLOW-YELLOW / GREEN-GREEN / BLACK-BLACK / RED-RED AND SPEED SENSOR PLUG >...

  • Page 7 Carefully cover the two plugs with shrink wrap and with a hair dryer or a lighter heat uniformly the sheath (turning it from right to left) until you have the sheath that takes the shape of the plugs. Be careful not to burn wires or plugs. 7.
  • Page 8 Now connect the two plugs remaining on the chip to the engine, respecting the correct posi- tion of the colors (display RED WIRE and speed sensor WHITE WIRE get to the RIGHT), push the connectors firmly to the end; CAUTION: WRONG CONNECTION LEADS TO SHORTCIRCUIT, DAMAGES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY! Possibly arrange the cables with electrician clamps paying attention that there are no wires in correspondence with holes where cover’s screws are.

    RACING MODE ACTIVATION OF THE SPEED UNLOCK The engine unlock at 25 km / h is activated by pressing the Walk button on the on-board computer. The activation button can be changed (see pag. 9). The display will show the value 2.2 if the unlock has been activated and 1.1 if it is deactivated.
