    ASSEMBLY AND SETTINGS DOC X5 is supplied completely assembled, excluding pedals, mudguard and front wheel, which are supplied separately. HANDLEBAR Place the handlebar in the centre of the stem at the desired height. Firmly tighten the Allen screw indicated by the arrow. PEDALS The pedals will arrive disassembled and in a separate plastic bag.

    FRONT WHEEL X5 front wheel arrives disassembled. In the package, together with the wheel, you will find the pin for quick lock/unlock. To assemble it, you need to insert the block in the seat on the bike pin. Then screw the lock nut on the threaded part that sticks out of the other side of the wheel. FRONT MUDGUARD The front mudguard must be assembled before inserting the wheel.

    BATTERY ASSEMBLY Insert the battery in its housing as shown in the figure. Gently push upwards so the battery fit into its housing. The fitted battery will look as shown in the figure. BRAKE ADJUSTMENT The brake levers are made of aluminium alloy. Next to the brake lever is a gauge to adjust the tension of the wiring.

    • Do not use the PAS in the rain or on excessively uneven ground. • Turn off the PAS before stopping DOC E-BIKE X5, the last few pedal strokes should therefore be made without electrical assistance.

    Shimano 6-speed ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATIONS Pursuant to the provisions of Directive 2002/24/EC, DOC E-BIKE X5 does not require type-approval for circulation as a motor vehicle, given that its maximum speed, solely with electric traction, cannot exceed 25 km/h and that its motor is not more powerful than 250W.

Para el montaje debe introducir el bloqueo en el interior del perno de la bicicleta. Introducir el dado de bloqueo en la parte de rosca que sobresaldrá del otro lado de la rueda. PARAFANGO ANTERIOR Antes de colocar la rueda debe montar el parafango anterior.

    MONTAJE DE LA BATERÍA Ponga la batería, como se muestra en la figura, en su alojamiento. Empuje suavemente hacia arriba hasta colocar la batería en su sitio. La batería montada estará como se muestra la figura. REGULACIÓN DE LOS FRENOS Las palancas del freno son de aleación de aluminio.

Für die Montage wird das Vorderrad in der Gabel zentriert, die Achse durch die Nabe und Gabel geschoben, und mit der Gegenmutter verschraubt. Das Vorderrad zentrieren und mit Schnellspanhebel arretieren. VORDERES SCHUTZBLECH Bevor das Vorderrad montiert werden kann, muss das Schutzblech eingesetzt werden.
