    ASSEMBLY AND SETTINGS DOC E-BIKE X3 should reach you fully assembled, with the exclusion of the PEDALS, which are supplied separately. Nevertheless, some parts (such as the saddle and handlebar) may arrive disassembled, or in some way require adjusting. HANDLEBAR Place the handlebar in the centre of the stem at the desired height.

    BATTERY ASSEMBLY Insert the battery in its housing as shown in the figure. Gently push upwards so the battery fit into its housing. The fitted battery will look as shown in the figure. BRAKE ADJUSTMENT The brake levers are made of aluminium alloy. Next to the brake lever is a cylinder to adjust the tension of the wiring.
  • Page 8 DISK AND BRAKE PAD CALIBRATION The goal is to make sure that the brake disk is centrally positioned in the calliper slot. So turn the hex head socket screws (5 mm, using the Allen key supplied) for calibration on the side of the calliper.

    Lithium batteries are considered as hazardous materials. Their transportation is governed by the laws of each Country. International law prohibits shipping single lithium batteries by air. If you ship your DOC E-BIKE X3 the battery must be attached. THE BATTERY CANNOT BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY.

  • Page 20 CALIBRAZIONE DISCO E PASTIGLIE FRENI Obbiettivo è quello di fare in modo che il disco del freno sia posizionato centralmente nello slot della pinza. Agire quindi sulle viti a brugola (da 5mm, chiave a brugola in dotazione) di calibratura sul lato della pinza. Spingere la pinza lateralmente, provare a ruotare la ruota e verificare che le pastiglie dei freni non tocchino il disco.

  • Page 56 KALIBRIERUNG VON BREMSSCHEIBE UND BREMSBELÄGEN Der Zweck besteht darin, sicherzustellen, dass die Bremsscheibe zentral im Schlitz des Bremssattels positioniert ist. Dann die seitlich auf dem Bremssattel befindlichen Kalibrierungs-Inbusschrauben (5 mm, Inbusschlüssel im Lieferumfang enthalten) betätigen.
