To customers installing CD-1A to VF80
When installing Model CD-1A into VF80, the bracket attached to the bottom side of
CD-1A, the blank panel and 2 x screws shown in the drawing below are not required
to use. Refer to the page 135 - 136 of VF80 Owner's Manual for removing the bracket
and installing Model CD-1A.

<IMPORTANT! Caution when removing the bracket from CD-1A>
After removing the bracket indicated by the arrow in the above drawing by
loosening 2 x screws, DO NOT put them back to the CD-1A holes where they
were originally mounted. Otherwise, the tip of the screw touches the tray inter-
nally to disable tray eject.
<Correction on VF80 owner's manual>
There is a false description in the installing procedure (4) on the page 135 of VF80
owner's manual. Refer to the following correction.
<CORRECT installing procedure No. 4>
Using the screw (1 pc.) which was used to tighten the blank panel to VF80, fix CD-1A to the
VF80 chassis.
When tightening the screw, do not apply an excessive force.
