General problems with the washing machine
Problem
Steam comes out of the
detergent dispenser
drawer while steam is
being generated.
Noises can be heard
while steam is being
generated.
A load value is
displayed in the pull-
down menu when the
drum is empty. A load
value < 25 % is
displayed when the
drum is full.

Possible cause and remedy
This is not a fault.
Steam may emerge from the detergent dispenser
drawer, depending on the amount of laundry and
the ambient temperature.
This is not a fault.
These noises occur when steam is being generated
and when steam is being injected into the drum.
There was laundry inside the drum when the washing
machine was switched on. This has shifted the zero
point of the load sensor.
 Empty the drum and switch the washing machine
off and back on.
