Plastic Grille Installation
Once a compatible Solues Air sleeve (sold separately) is assembled, install the Plastic Grille(included)
on the back of the sleeve.
NOTE: Plastic Grille could be substituted by Aluminum Grille, which is also included in the package.
1. Match the Plastic Grille on WKH back of the sleeve.
2. Secure the Screw, Screw Washer, and Plastic Nut on each side of the sleeve shown as below:
UNIT INTO SLEEVE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Now, follow below steps to properly install the unit into the sleeve.
NOTE: Sleeve assembly instruction is not included in this manual.
1. Attach(4) 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 1 1/2" Centering Support Blocks two on each side wall. Place in center of
side wall with the tapered end facing the opening .
2. Gently slide unit into sleeve.
3. Slide the unit completely to the rear to ensure a good seal, making sure the ground wire does not be-
come tangled.
4. Seal & Frame the unit as described in next page.
