Electrical Connection 1. Verify that the actual voltage at the electrical service connection is compatible with the specifications on the brewer’s serial number label. Dispense System: The dispense system is completely mechanical. It is one of the areas that makes FETCO's brewer truly unique. (See the illustration in this section.) When you rotate the brew lever down to brew, the end of the dispense tube is submerged in the hot water tank. It is held in the brew position by the magnetic action of the dispense latch coil.

Adjustments Thermostat Adjustment: For equipment manufactured before April 1, 2004 The brewer’s water tank temperature is factory set at 205°F (slightly lower for high altitudes, to prevent boiling). This setting will deliver water at 195°F ± 5° to the coffee grounds. Measure the temperature by holding a thermometer in the stream of water flowing out of the hot water faucet.
