OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. To Attach Battery Pack

NOTICE: Make sure that the latch on the battery pack
snaps into place and the battery pack is secured to the
tool before beginning operation.
CAUTION: When placing the battery pack on the
tool, be sure that the raised rib on the battery pack aligns
ZLWK WKH JURRYH RQ WKH VDZ DQG WKH ODWFKHV VQDS LQWR
place properly. Improper assembly of the battery pack
can cause damage to internal components.
To Detach Battery Pack (Fig. 1)

b. Depress the battery-release button (I) located on the front of the battery pack to release the
battery pack.

2. Installing a Saw Blade
D 5HPRYH WKH EDWWHU\ SDFN IURP WKH VDZ
b. Pivot the blade-clamp lever (F) to open the blade
clamp.

possible, and release the blade-clamp lever to lock
the blade in position.
d. Check that the blade is securely attached.
Removing the Saw Blade (Fig. 2)
