  • Page 7 Step 2: Assemble bottom panel to side panels with four (4) pcs of 1/4*42 mm screws as shown figure below. Step 3: Assemble the back panel to the two side panels with two (2) pcs of 1/4*12 mm screws and four (4) pcs of 5/32*10mm screws as shown figure below.
  • Page 8 Step 4: Assemble the front cart and back cart frame to the front side and back side of the side panel with eight (8) pcs of screws. Attention: The front cart frame should be screwed from outside into inside with four (4) pcs of 1/4*42 mm screws, and the back cart frame should be screwed from inside into outside with four (4) pcs of 1/4*12 mm screws.
  • Page 9 Step 6: Assemble the door on the hinge bracket from bottom and tighten the screws on top hinge bracket. Step7: Assemble the door handle onto the door with four (4) pcs of 5/32*10 mm screws as figure show below.
  • Page 10 Step8: Remove the head unit of grill from carton. Insert the upper portion of the grill onto the cart from the top. Caution!! The firebox is heavy, and we recommend two or more people to lift up firebox. Step9: Open the lid, take out the cooking grid first, then screw tighten the four (4) pcs of 1/4*12 screws into the left side and right side of firebox as shown figure below.
