Using the Camera to Dub Files from
a VCR/ DVD Player
Preparation:
Set [SWITCH TO ANALOG I/O] to [I/O]*.

Turn off all units.
* This does not apply to the GZ-MG360/330 model.

You can also connect the cables using the
jacks on the Everio dock connectors. The
S-Video cable (optional) enables even higher
quality dubbing. (
pg. 10) When other
devices such as a DVD burner are connected
to the Everio dock, turn the power of these
devices off.*
* GZ-MG360/330 model does not include the
Everio dock.

Start playback on the VCR/DVD
player.

Press the START/STOP button on the
camera at the scene where you want
to start recording.

To stop recording
Press the START/STOP button again.
NOTES
If "COPY PROTECTED CONTENT"
appears, the fi le is protected and cannot be
recorded.
If the videos you want to record contain both
16:9 and 4:3 screen size, recording stops
where the aspect ratio switches. To record
such videos, you need to perform recording
operation at every switching point.
