WARNING
Asphyxiation hazard! For Duravent polypropylene
twin pipe only. The twin pipe vent connections on
the 380 boiler are designed to accept 110mm.
DuraVent polypropylene 4" venting measures
100mm.
Manufacturer requires transition pieces from
Duravent to adapt from 110mm to 100mm. One
transition is required for the exhaust and one is
required for the fresh air intake.
Failure to follow these instructions could result in
death or serious injury.

6.6 Twin Pipe Polypropylene and CPVC Systems

Twin pipe venting allows exhaust flue and intake flue to be
separated from each other. Fresh air is drawn in at a different
area from the flue terminal location.
A. Twin Pipe Polypropylene System
Single wall polypropylene is used for both exhaust and air
intake piping.
To transition from Coaxial at the top of the boiler to Twin Pipe
polypropylene venting an adapter kit is available.
B. Twin Pipe Separated Flue
Exhaust and combustion air intake are not located in same
general location.
