Select "Adaptec AHA-152X/AHA-1510 SCSI HOST
Adapter" from the SCSI Adapters drop-down list, and clik
the OK button.
Installation starts. After a few moments, the following
dialog box appears.

Remove the Windows NT Workstation Version 4.0 CD-
ROM, and click the Yes button.
