撥 線 桿 A 與車針之 間隙如 ( 圖 23 )。
當 針棒於下方 位置時，將撥線桿 A 固定螺絲
B ( 圖 24 ) 放鬆調整至 ( 圖 2 3) 所示之尺寸 ，
並注意各桿 之平行 ，再鎖緊。
當 撥線桿 A 於左 始點位置時，撥線 桿 A 右端
與勾針 右端 二者之 間隙為 0 .5~1 mm 。 ( 圖
24 ) 而勾針與撥 線桿 A 之間隙為 0 ~0.1 m m。

調 整時：
1. 先 放鬆 再稍鎖緊撥線桿心軸固 定螺絲 C 。

2. 旋 轉皮帶輪使撥 線桿心軸連桿移到左始點 。
3. 調整使符合上 述條 件，再鎖緊螺絲 C 。

When the ne edle locates at lower
posit ion,loosen the f ixed s crew B on t he
threa d wiper A ( Fig.24), adjust the wiper
to the siz e show as (Fig.23).Be car eful
of the p arallel of ea ch wiper,and then
re tight en t he sc rew B.

When the threa d wip er A is at the left
dead point,the distance from the rig ht
side of the thread wiper A to the righ t
side of the loop er is 0.5~1mm(Fig .24).As
well as it is 0~0.1 mm from the loop er to
the thread wiper A(F ig. 25).
When ad justing :
1 .Loosen the fixe d screw C of the th read
2 .Turn the belt wheel to move the thread
3 .Adjust t he devic e to match the

wiper main shaft,and then retighten it a
lit tle .(Fig .24)
