當 針由下始點 開始 往上移 ，且勾針由後始點
往 前 移至如 ( 圖 2 1)A 所示之位置時。勾針尖
與針 孔上方之距 離為 1.5 m m。
當 針 由上始點開始 往下移，且勾針 由前始點
往 後移至如 ( 圖 21)B 所示位置時， 勾針尖 與
針孔 上方之距離為 3m m，以上即為正確 之
關 係 位置，即勾針在針中心位 置往回時， 差
1 .5mm。
調 整 時，將偏心凸輪 A 的固定螺絲 B 放鬆，
前 後調整即可調整 期間之 時位關係。( 圖 22 )

When t he needle moves down,and th e
looper moves ba ckward from the fro nt
t o the position B shown as F ig.21,th e
distance from the looper to the upp er
point of t he needle hole is 3 mm.That is
the correct correlationship position,which
means the looper is 1.5 mm awa y from
t he ne edle c ent ra l position.
While adjusting,loosen the fixed screw
B of the eccentric A and move the
ecce ntric A back and fort h to ad just th e
t ime correlation p osition.(F ig.22)
