Customizing Projector Operation

Use these settings to activate the Direct Power ON feature, set the child lock or sleep mode,
and make the fan run faster for high-altitude operation.
Press the
Menu
Direct Power ON
Use this feature to turn on the projector automatically when you plug it into an electrical
outlet.
Note: When this feature is used, the projector may turn itself on after power outages, or after
any temporary interruption of power. Make sure your electrical outlet isn't controlled by a wall
switch or timer.
Sleep Mode
When Sleep Mode is on, the projector turns off the lamp if it has not received any input
signals for the specified amount of time (5, 10, or 30 minutes). You can also turn Sleep
Mode off.
Child Lock
When this feature is on, the projector does not come on unless you press and hold the
Power

normally.)
Fan Speed
When using the projector at an altitude above 5000 feet (1500 meters), select
ensure that the internal temperature is regulated properly. Set to
elevations.
