message may also appear
when the wrong blood
glucose test strip is used
instead of the ReliOn™
Premier Test Strip.
What to do
Do not use the
meter. Contact
Customer Service:

Repeat the test with a
ReliOn™ Premier Test Strip.
If the correct test strip is
inserted, the meter will
automatically turn on and
enter test mode. If the
error message persists
even after inserting the
correct test strip, do not
use the meter and contact
Customer Service: 1-855-
776-0662.
