Prior to mounting the new cutter or the re-sharpened cutter,
you must first verify the alignment with respect to the rule:
- Support a verification rule on the panel support rule F (Fig.
6.4)
- Rotate cutter E slightly by hand and check that the cutting
edge of the cutter aligns with the surface of the check rule.
- If necessary, act on the travel stops G with Allen Key e/c:5
to move the cutting edge of the cutter closer to or away from
the verification rule; thus correcting the depth position of
the cutter. (Fig. 6.5).
