4.3.2 Fine adjustment
The fine adjustment system allows step by step adjustment of
0.1 by 0.1 mm on cutter 2 (1 mark= 0.1 mm) as follows:
1. Loosen the nut (A Fig. 4.10) with an e / c spanner: 15 mm
2. Adjust from 0.1 to 0.1 mm using the allen key e / c: 5 mm
according to the Fig. of cutter 2 and (Fig. 4.11), turning to the
left if you have to correct the excess and to the right if you
have to correct the missing material.
3. Ty the panel to see the result
4. If it is optimal, tighten the nut (A Fig. 4.11) if not, adjust
again.
The fine adjustment system only allows a maximum travel of
± 1 mm to be moved.
