Problem
No steam is released and
the power light is off.
No steam is released but
the power light is on.
The nozzle has water
leakage.
Joint of the steam hose
has water leakage.
Water flows out of the
water tank.
The water tank is
deformed.
The steam volume is too
small.
There is a sound in the
steam hose.
The brush and the
line clip cannot be
tightened.

Possible cause
Connection problem.
The appliance is not switched
on.
The water level in the water tank
is too low.
Inspect whether the nozzle has
cracked.
Place the product flat in
operation.
The joint is loose.
The water tank has cracked or
has holes.
Inspect whether the steam hose
is seriously bent.
The steam hose has been bent
for a long time.
Hot water has been filled into it.
Some chemical reagent has
been filled into it.
The steam hose is blocked by
scales.
The voltage is too low.
The switch or the heating body
is damaged.
The nozzle is lower than the
horizontal line in operation.
The buckles are damaged.
Solution
Check main power supply
cable, plug and outlet.
Press the switch button.
Fill water into the water tank.
Change the nozzle.
Move vertically.
Tighten the joint of the
steam hose.
Change the water tank.
Straighten the steam hose.
Straighten the steam hose
and lift the nozzle up.
Change the water tank.
Remove the scales with a
special cleaning agent.
Install a voltage stabilizer
Send to a professional for
repair.
Straighten the steam hose
and lift the nozzle.
Change the accessories.
