Information codes may be displayed to help you better understand what is occurring with your Dryer.

Air temperature sensor error

dE Running the dryer with door open
HE Compressor overheat
It occurs when low voltage is

detected.
The water tank is full of water.

The drain pump is out of order.
For any codes not listed above, or if the suggested solution doesn't fi x the problem, call your Samsung
Service Centre or local Samsung dealer.
Do not let an unauthorized engineer disassemble or repair the product.

SOLUTION
Clean the fi lter case or heat exchanger fi lter.
If the problem continues call for service.
Turn the power on after 2~3 minutes and
start again from the beginning.
Close the door and then restart.
If the problem continues call for service.
Call for service
Check if the power cord is plugged in. If
the problem continues, please contact the
service center.
Empty the water tank, turn the power on
again and start again from the beginning.
If the problem continues call for service.
