A thin and painful front wash spray on a Toto SW3024 could be caused by the following: 1. Low Water Pressure – The unit requires a certain water pressure (29 PSI or 0.20 MPa) for proper operation. Lower pressure may result in a weak or inconsistent spray. 2. Sediments or Foreign Matter – Debris in the water system can clog the spray nozzles, reducing water flow and making the spray uncomfortable. 3. Quality of Water – Poor water quality in the region may affect the system’s performance. 4. Improper Installation – Incorrect installation may lead to restricted water flow, impacting the spray’s effectiveness.
Cleaning the nozzles and ensuring proper water pressure may help resolve the issue.
