Brother 1034D Serger Quick Reference Guide
Spool #2(The Lowerlooper)
1. Starting with the right-most spool (this is the
lowerlooper), first bring the thread up through the
right-most hole in the thread tree, from back to front.
2. Pull thread through the metal guide next to the
number "2" and then through the groove to the left of
the blue tension knob.
3. Continue down through the groove past the "4".
4. Follow the blue line to the hook next to the blue
number "5". Pull left from the hook through the two
metal prongs marked with blue dots. Then pull thread
through the hook marked "8".
