3. Secure the connector by pushing the two wire clips together
until they lock into place on both sides of the connector. If
your cable has a ground wire, connect it to the printer's
ground connector as shown below.
4. Connect the other end of the cable to your computer, and
fasten it as required. If the cable has a ground wire at the
computer end, attach it to the ground connector at the back of
the computer.
5. Turn on the printer, then turn on your computer.
