Channel space setting

The space betw een radio channels has been set to the one that prevails in the area to w hich the system is shipped.
How ever, if the current channel space setting does not match the setting in the area w here the system is to be used,
for instance w hen you move from area 1 or area 2 show n in the follow ing table or vice versa, proper reception of AM /
FM broadcasts cannot be expected. In this case, change the channel space setting in accordance w ith your area by
referring to the follow ing table.

Turn pow er on.

While holding TUNER/ band key pressed,
turn the volume knob to select "FM 50 k" or
"FM 100 k".

Set it.

(Except for U.S.A., Canada, U.K., Europe and Australia)
÷ A maximum of 30 stations of the band presently being
received w ill be preset.
÷ When there are many stations and the intended sta-
tion has not been preset, please also use " One-by-one
presetting (M anual preset) ".
Each press sw itches the space frequency alter-
nately.
1 FM 50 k
2 FM 100 k
÷ At FM 50 kHz, the corresponding AM frequency is 9 kHz.
At FM 100 kHz, the corresponding AM frequency is 10 kHz.
