  • Page 18 OPERATION Inductive zone – principles of operation A power generator supplies the coil installed in the heating panel. An induction coil is located under each cooking zone. When a cooking zone is switched on, this coil creates a magnetic field which impacts directly on the base of the pan and heats it up.
