To manage inbox messages
When you receive a new message, an alert is displayed on the top of the display.
1. Go to Menu > Messages > Inbox to access the message list.
2. Select a message and press the left
ƒ View
ƒ Reply by SMS
ƒ Reply by MMS
ƒ Call sender
ƒ Forward
ƒ Delete
ƒ Delete all
ƒ Save to contacts

Tip: Depending on types of the received messages, some options mentioned
above are not available.
7.10 Using sound profiles
The sound Profiles menu allows to personalize the ring tone, key
tone and dial tone. You can also set the ring type, and adjust ring volume etc.
1. Go to Menu > Settings > Profiles, and set a ringtone mode: General / Silent / Meeting /
Outdoor. Press the left
h To activate the selected mode, press Select, then Activate.
h To reset the selected mode to default sound profiles, press Select, then Reset (not
applicable to Silent mode).
h To personalize the selected mode, press Select, then Customize to access available
options (not applicable to Silent mode):

ƒ Ring type
ƒ Ringtone
Select a text language.
Access the photo list to select and insert picture. Use the
/
key to select a photo file, then press the left
Access the audio file list to select and insert audio file.
Use the
left

Access the video file list to select and insert video file. Use
the

key to select a video file, then press the left

Create a subject for the message.
Preview (play) the message before it is sent.
Add a slide, and set the slide play time.
Insert a predefined message, and insert a file attachment.
Save the message in the Drafts folder so it can be sent
later.

Open and view the message.
Reply SMS to the sender.
Reply MMS to the sender.
Give a call to the sender.
Forward received message to another person.
Delete the selected message.
Delete all received messages.
Add the phone number of the sender to the phonebook.
Review such information as sender number, date, time
and storage place.
key to open the Options.
Select an alert type of incoming calls: Ring, Vibrate only,
Vibrate and ring, and Vibrate then ring.
Select an ring type of incoming calls: Repeat and Beep once.
Select a ringtone of incoming calls from local ringtones or
stored audio files.
