Choosing Favorites

To make an exercise or workout a Favorite, simply tap on the star so that
it turns orange.
- In Exercises, stars are located next to the exercisse description.
- In Workouts, stars are located below the workout title.
- To unfavorite an exercise or workout tap on the star icon so that it turns
transparent.

Workouts, Exercises, Favorites, Games

1 - The app is designed around Workouts - simply select one and begin
with the first exercise of that workout.
2 - If you prefer, you can tap on Exercises in the bottom menu, and see all
the individual exercises. You can sort exercises by sitting, standing or ad-
vanced using the menu at the top.
