1. Plug burner lid into burner
housing, with blast tube
connection pointing upwards.
This avoids air−locks being created
when replacing nozzles.
2. Pull flame monitor C from the
flange.
3. Release fixing screw D by two
full turns.
4. Remove sensor plate A from the
blast tube connection.
5. Replace nozzle F (whilst holding
blast tube connection).
For make and type of nozzle, see
standard values for burner
settings on page 35.
6. Only for 15 to 33 kW:
Check seal washer B on sensor
plate deflector E and apply
instrument grease; replace seal
ring if necessary.
7. Push sensor plate A onto the
blast tube connection up to the
end−stop of the oil preheater and
retighten fixing screw D.
8. Push flame monitor C into flange,
until the strap audibly clicks into
place (see page 9, fig. above).
The flame monitor, type QRB,
should be positioned at the sensor
plate (see Fig. on page 9).
