Does the supply voltage drop or rise

Replace noise filter P.C.board,

[Heat sink overheat trouble]
Is there any looseness in the screw
stop of the motor drive element Q21
of the compressor IPDU P.C. board,
the sub heat sink, and the diode bridge?
Are radiation grease properly applied?
Does something block the
ventilation around the heat sink?
Does something block air flow
from the fan?
(Short circuit etc.)
Replace compressor IPDU P.C. board.
* When replacing compressor IPDU P.C.board,
replace the fuse.
