Possible Causes
Error Code Appears in Display (cont)
• Problem detected with the door lock.
• Problem detected with the washing
machine electronics.
• Problem detected with the washing
machine electronics.
• Washing machine may not be
connected to the home water supply.
Home water supply valve may not
be turned on. Inlet hose to washing
machine may be kinked. Inlet valve on
washing machine may have failed.
• Inlet valve on washing machine is
leaking internally.
• Drain pump filter on washing machine
may need to be cleaned. Bellow drain
holes in washing machine may be
obstructed.
Washing machine drain hose or home
drain system may be obstructed. Drain
pump on washing machine may have
failed.
Solution
• Try resetting the washing machine by
unplugging it from the outlet and then
plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call
for service.
• Try resetting the washing machine by
