Its wall thickness should be 0.5-1.0mm and the pipe wall should be able to withstand 6.0MPa. The longer the connection pipe is, the worse cooling and heating performance it has. When the drop between indoor and outdoor units is larger than 10m, an oil return bend should be added every 6 meters.

Cut the connection pipe with a pipe cutter. (2). The mouth of connection pipe should face downward. Remove burrs with the cut surface so that the chips do not enter the pipe.

Then, close the switch fully and then stop the vacuum pump. (6) Wait for 10min to see if the system pressure can remain unchanged.

Leak detection equipment shall be set at a percentage of the LFL of the refrigerant and shall be calibrated to the refrigerant employed and the appropriate percentage of gas (25 % maximum) is confirmed.

(2) Keep pipe size equal to or greater than that of the connecting pipe.
