The "Door Logbook" which is part of the door Report Book should be fully completed by the person responsible for the installation. The data re-
quired to fill out the Door Logbook properly can be found on the door nameplate. The properly filled out, complete Door Logbook and the filled out
Warranty Sheet constitute basis for the recognition of any possible warranty repair claims. All the inspections and potential door repairs should al-
ways be recorded in the Door Logbook. The Logbook should also contain any potential recommendations regarding subsequent door inspections
and possible replacement of worn components.
