PREPAID. The product is warranted for normal use and operation, within specifications, for a period of one year from shipment. Teledyne LeCroy will either repair or, at our option, replace any product returned to one of our authorized service centers within this period. However, in order to do this we must first examine the product and find that it is defective due to workmanship or materials and not due to misuse, neglect, accident, or abnormal conditions or operation.

USB2-GPIB Adapter Safety To avoid personal injury or damage to the USB2-GPIB or any equipment connected to it, review and comply with the following safety precautions. Use only as intended. USB2-GPIB Adapter Firmware Upgrade After initial driver installation or an oscilloscope firmware upgrade, it may be necessary to upgrade the dongle firmware on the USB2-GPIB. A pop-up window will appear to indicate incompatibility and instruct you to remove the device. Follow these steps to upgrade the dongle firmware: 1.
Service If the converter is inoperable, send it back to Teledyne LeCroy. Contact us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions before sending it. We will repair it without charge as long as it is under warranty.
